TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General information These terms govern purchases made through the Leonika website. By browsing the site or making a purchase, the customer accepts these terms and conditions. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform to offer our products.
2. Owner The website and commercial activity are managed by Cynthia Pisfil, Madrid, Spain, Tax ID (NIF) 60427892S, contact email leonikaswimwearstore@outlook.es.
3. Use of the site To make a purchase, the customer declares that they are of legal age or have the consent of a legal guardian. The site may not be used for illegal or unauthorised purposes, nor to transmit harmful content or content that infringes applicable regulations.
4. Products Leonika offers swimwear and related products subject to availability. Some products are limited edition and may be available in small quantities. Descriptions and images are for guidance and may be updated without prior notice.
5. Availability All orders are subject to stock. If a product is unavailable after purchase, Leonika will inform the customer and process the corresponding refund.
6. Prices All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are detailed on the Shipping & Delivery page and shown before completing the purchase. We reserve the right to correct errors in prices or information and to cancel any order affected by such errors, even after it has been placed, refunding the amount paid.
7. Purchase process By completing a purchase, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. After placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email; the purchase contract is considered finalised at that moment.
8. Payment We accept the payment methods enabled in the store: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
9. Shipping area Leonika currently ships to Spain and to selected countries within the European Union. For now, we do not ship outside this area.

11. Returns and exchanges The conditions for returns and exchanges are detailed on the Returns & Exchanges page. In accordance with European regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receiving the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, in accordance with article 103.e of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, swimwear is excluded from the right of return for hygiene reasons once its hygiene seal has been removed or if it has been worn. Exchanges and returns are only accepted for items in their original condition: unworn, with the hygiene seal intact, tags attached and in their original packaging. Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.
12. Defective product or error in the order If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, write to us at leonikaswimwearstore@outlook.es within 14 days of receipt so we can help you as soon as possible. We will review the case and proceed with a replacement or refund where appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
13. Modifications Leonika reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions when necessary.
14. Data protection Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
15. Governing law These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that apply under the relevant consumer protection regulations.
