SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Information on delivery times, shipping zones and order delivery at Leonika.
Where do you ship to?
Leonika currently ships to Spain and to selected countries within the European Union. For now, we do not ship outside this area.
What are your shipping terms?
Spain: standard shipping included on all orders.
European Union: shipping included on orders of 2 sets or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
When will my order be prepared?
During the launch, orders may require between 2 and 5 business days of preparation before dispatch. During periods of high demand, this time may extend slightly.
How long does delivery take?
In Spain, estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days once the order has been dispatched. For the rest of the European Union, the time depends on the destination and the courier service, and will be shown at the time of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Are there any customs or additional charges?
Within the European Union, customs duties should not normally apply at the destination. We do not ship outside this area for now.
Can I change my address or modify my order?
If you need to make a change, write to us as soon as possible at leonikaswimwearstore@outlook.es. We'll do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed.
What if my order is delayed?
On rare occasions there may be delays beyond Leonika's control. If your order takes longer than expected, please first check your tracking link and, if you need to, contact us at leonikaswimwearstore@outlook.es.
What happens if a package is refused or undelivered?
If an order is returned to Leonika due to refusal, repeated absence or an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may deduct the logistics costs incurred from the refund.
