RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want your experience with Leonika to be clear, considered and simple. As swimwear is a delicate product, our returns and exchanges follow a careful and transparent policy to protect both the hygiene and the quality of every piece.
Conditions the item must meet
For both returns and exchanges, we only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, with original tags and with the hygiene seal intact. We cannot accept items that are used, washed, damaged, without the hygiene seal, or showing stains, odours or signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, and in accordance with article 103.e of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, swimwear is excluded from the right of return once worn or once the hygiene seal has been removed. This is a standard condition across the industry that allows us to guarantee the safety and quality of every piece.
Returns (refund)
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase and request a return, without needing to give a reason, provided the item meets the conditions above.
Who pays for return shipping?
Except in cases of a defective product or an error on Leonika's part, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges (different size or style)
Can I exchange the size or the style?
Yes, provided the item meets the conditions above and the size or style you want is available in stock. If it is not available, we can process a return instead.
Who pays for exchange shipping?
Except in cases of a defective product or an error on Leonika's part, exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.

How do I request a return or exchange?
Write to us at leonikaswimwearstore@outlook.es letting us know whether you'd like a return or an exchange, along with your order number. If it's a return under your right of withdrawal, you don't need to give a reason. We'll send you the address and instructions, you send the item back, and once we receive it and check its condition, we'll process the refund or exchange.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or with the wrong style or size, write to us at leonikaswimwearstore@outlook.es as soon as you receive it, attaching photographs and your order number. In these cases, Leonika covers the return shipping and you may choose between a replacement (if in stock), an exchange for another item, or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible.
What happens if the return or exchange doesn't pass inspection?
If the item doesn't meet the stated conditions, the request may be declined and the item will be returned to the custom
